Hi,
Please bring it back and swap for a different one or get your money back. I can tell my story last week, not for a computer buy a wireless line trimmer. Jut for your information:
I bought a line trimmer (reliable brand) from a hardware/garden store last week. The battery didn't charge overnight. I brought it back and after some testing they swapped a new one for me.
Agian, the battery did not charge overnight and I had to go to the store again. They tested again and told me I can get a new one again. I said could be a bad batch and after say Thanks, I get my money back.
I will try again around Easter 2017 when I need to work on my garden. Hope they can sort this out with the manufacturer. Reason I don't want to change brand: I can use many existing tools with the new line trimmer.
The bttom line is: in your case, just go to the shop and swap.
Regards.
