Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm trying to help my mother with her computer. She booted up her computer, but all she got was the HP logo. I ran a system quick test and the test returned a Failure ID. The ID is 90ab9s 0008hu wptwwj 60wv03 with a Product ID of H2M40AA#ABA. What does this mean? And how can I fix her computer?

Hello
Thank you for this.
HDD is or has failed. You must replace and rebuild system with HP recovery discs or USB.
Data will be lost unless you can mount HDD in other PC or on different SATA port in this PC when you put new HDD in and reload operating system.
Grzy
