Product: Hp Pavilion 23 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)
Installed new hard drive after old hard drive failed. Downloaded windows on a flash drive but need help with what to do in order to start computer again

@confused18, welcome to the forum.
You should go into the BIOS to see if there is an option to boot from a USB drive. If not, you can begin tapping F9 when the computer begins to boot. This will take you to the Recovery menu. There will be options to use for Recovering the system.
