Product: hp slimline
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Why did my computer take 45 minutes to update when I turned it on this morning? Also, It wouldn't start at all until I unplugged the power cord from the back of the computer and replaced it

Hello
Time to download and install some Windows updates depends on network connection and type of storage drive you have,
SSD's faster, HDD's slow.
I have no idea why your PC would not start. Could be a one time event or a symptom.
Grzy
