We received a donated HP 100B All-in-One PC for a non-profit customer, however, BIOS (Setup) is password protected. So we can't switch boot sequence or perform OS re-install, or flash the BIOS. I'm assuming that being a business model it has a security chip so removing the battery or jumper (already tried) will not remove password. What can we do?
BTW, already called the lady that used to own the computer, it was a hand-me down from her brother, neither of which remember/know the BIOS password.

I stated this in my post "I'm assuming that being a business model it has a security chip so removing the battery or jumper (already tried) will not remove password. What can we do?"
That's the first thing we tried. Both removing battery and playing with the jumper settings.
