I was given an HP 15-f023 wm because it no longer worked. I purchased a new power adapter, but it would still not boot.
I finaly got it to run the Diagnostics, which stumbled on the Hard Drive Smart Check.
I got the following Failure ID: 94WKG0-7GX87L-MFPV6K-60ES03
The Product ID is J9M28UA#ABA
Can anyone tell me what this Failure means and how I can repair it?
Many thanks!

Hi,
Unfortunately this error indicates a hardware failure on the hard drive, it must be replaced by a new.
