Product: HP PAVILION P6-2400EL
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer will not turn on anymore, when I connect the power supply and I press the power button, the LED will light up and the fans run but after two seconds it restarts. and he continues to reboot itself.
as soon as the fans start spinning keeps rebooting without turning

Hello

 

Symptom points to power supply or motherboard.

 

Other possible cause could be RAM. But no beep code errors usually point to first two above. If either fails no error code is heard.

 

You must open tower and work on hardware. If this is not goog for you then you need a PC repair person to find bad component.
