HP Elite 7300 series MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought and installed a new sapphire nitro r7 370 graphic card. But when i open the computer, i can't see anything on the screen and i think it's staying on bios. I tried to upgrade bios. I found the "ipisb-ch2" motherboard bios upgrade, but it says, you need windows 7. I installed on win 10 and win 7, both of them. Nothing chanced. I tried making this on DOS, but it didn't work(I couldn't find this upgrade's DOS version, so i tried it with .exe version but it didn't work.) When i installed graphic card on a gigabyte motherboard, it worked. So, i need help.

Edit: Is this motherboard have a problem with Overclock graphic cards?

How much capacity does the PSU have? Did you connect the PCIe power connector to the card?

It won't work because the video card is a UEFI type without support for the legacy BIOS present in your motherboard.

You need a PCIe x16 video card that has legacy only or legacy+UEFI BIOS support.

Sapphire Technology does make cards that have legacy only or legacy+UEFI BIOS support.

Return the video card and look through the offerings and specifications at the SapphireTechnology website. I do not think that any of the Nitro series support legacy BIOS. I may be incorrect about that so look very carefully at the specs.  Some of them do. See the following card.
