so I bought this brand new all in one from ebuyer, it didn't come with an operating system which it should have said but when i asked for support they just sent me smily faces and said not their problem. So i installed windows 7 but it ran incredibly slowly so i uninstalled and installed windows 10 and its still unusable. why are they so slow 10 minute start up time isnt acceptable and when you click on anything it crashes.

Yes, I am referring to upgrading the internal physical memory with either a 4 GB or 8 GB module to see if that helps make the PC run faster.
A 4 GB module would cost around 25 pounds and an 8 GB module would be around double that.
See the link I posted above for the memory spec you would need to get and consult the upgrading and servicing guide below for how to install the memory.

Hi:
I don't know why HP makes computers in this class.
I guess they are inexpensive, but the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
In short, the AMD Kabini E1-6015 processor in that PC is not much better than what you find in a basic smart phone today.
Here is a link with the passmark score of that processor compared with others. Not good.

If you can't return the PC, then the only suggestion I can offer would be to max out the memory.
That may help a little.

A hundred quid is a lot.
It's hard to say how much of an improvement it will make.
Maybe you should try adding another 4 GB or 8 Gb chip and see how that goes, if there is only 1 x 4 GB chip in there now.
If it helps, then maybe someday you can go for 2 x 8 GB
That shouldn't cost more than 25 - 50 quid.
