HP Game Console [ Edited ]

When I open HP Game Console, it goes to task bar, but won't let me open it to interact. I ran troubleshooter and it tells me I have an incompatible application. Does anyone know how to beat this problem?

The game console is probably the Wild Tangent application.  You can try using the HP Recovery Manager to do an application re-installation.

Hello,

Where can I find the HP Recovery Manager on my computer? I can not open my HP Games Console. When I double click it, nothing happens. I do this over and over and still nothing happens! Sigh! Thanks.

Look under the Start button --> Programs.

Start --> Type recovery in search box at bottom --> recovery manager

You should also do the recovery disc creation too, just for emergencies.

I am not very happy with my glitchy Game console. Everything is great, & go to play the game: i insert my ONLY Free play coin & then right when the game loads i get an ERROR, it shuts down & i lose my free play.

Now i've got to pay if i want to play & it's bogus cause i didn't even get to play at all!!!

i had the same problem with mine, i tried everything everyone told me to and nothing worked. i eventually called the company, they sat down and helped me and walked me through everything. plus i didnt put a name and password on mine when we got it lined out, because it kept saying something about the administrator, now everything works fine. maybe you should call them and explain your situation, if you try all the other ways to fix it and nothing helps.

And ihave taken off wildtang console and hp games
