Product: TouchSmart 9300 Elite
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a TouchSmart 9300 Elite with an I5-2400 CPU.  Can it be upgraded to I7?  If so, what version of the I7 is required?  (I know there are different footprints for them.) Thanks!

The specs page listed only one I-7, the 2600 processor (3.40 GHz, 8MB cache, 4 cores/8 threads

Thanks. I thought there was a form difference among the I7 processors which made it essential to get the correct one. I will look into the I7-2600 now.
