Additional HDDs into HP 550-103na

Hi - I bought my new HP Pavillion 550-103na from PC World yesterday. One of the critria was that I could install at least one additional 3.5" HDD (transplanting from my old Pavilion desktop). The advice I received from one of their sales staff was that there was space for maybe 3 or 4 additional HDDs. I also asked specifically whether there was the wiring required to install more HDDs to which the reply was an emphatic 'yes'.

I opened up the case this morning to find that there are only two drive bays inside, both occupied (an SSD and HDD) and no additional cabling. 

Obvisously I'm going to take this up with PC World's customer services, but what can I do to add an additional HDD to this tower?

Note: I'm not sure if you can install two or more internal HDD.

Now, you can use any USB2.0/USB3.0 port for connect external HDD (WD, SeaGate, etc...).
