g085na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
g085na has been updated via HP assistant and when restarto g it beeped and said something went wrong. Now the screen is just blank and when i turn it on there is no logo or beeps

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that your computer is not booting to the desktop or giving any display after an update. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

 

Request you do a hard reset on the computer. 

Disconnect all the cables from the computer. 

Wait for a minute. 

Connect the power and the keyboard to your computer. 

While holding the Win + B keys on your keyboard, turn the computer On. Click here
