2012, but you can confirm the exact year and week of manufacture for your specific model PC by looking at the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number.

 

Those will be numbers.

 

The 4th = the year of manufacture (0 - 9)

 

The 5th and 6th = the week of manufacture (01 - 52).

 

For example, if your PC's 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the seral number a 234, then your PC was manufactured during the 34th week of 2012.
