I want to know definitively if this PC would be able to accept and use a wired keyboard and wired mouse?

Hi,
The following link shows its specs
http://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c01168366
It has 3 USB ports at the back. Yes it can use USB keyboard and mouse. If you use them separetly you need 2 USB ports (which ever way).
My suggestion: if you wish to use wired kayborad amd mouse, please buy one set which allows you use one USB port othrwise you need two ports.
Regards.
