Product: Pavilion P6-2326s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My Pavilion turned itself off. I tried restarting and it wouldn't boot up. It sits near a drafty window and when I warmed it with a portable heater, it booted up briefly, only to shut down again. Am trying to want it looks get to see if it's the cold that's doing this. The tower housing was very cold to the touch. Any suggestions ASAP?

Hi:
There is no telling what the problem could be, but it is possible that moisture is building up inside the PC from condensation, which occurs when cold and warm air meet.
And as you know, mixing water and electricity isn't a good thing normally.
I doubt the PC got so cold as to get below its operating temperature range, but that could also be possible.
In any event, subjecting the PC to extreme heat or cold, is not good for it.
