Dear Team,

Recently, I found out the display card giving problems, So I bought a new Asus GT730 2GB Display Card. From the startup screen, it only display HP logo, single beep, wait a while ....single beep again.....wait a while .....single beep.....no display on the screen already.

May I know the new display incompatible in this PC? In what way, I can test it?

I'll appreciate for your kindly reply.

Regards,

Tflai, welcome to the forum.

The GT 730 requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  HP didn't begin using UEFI until mid-October, 2012.  There is no way to add UEFI to the motherboard.  The last series of video cards that didn't require UEFI were the GT 640's.  I suggest contacting the manufacturer's Tech Support for help in choosing the best card for your computer.
