Hello
I currently have a HP Pavilion p6-2000uk, and I am looking to put a graphics card in it. However I have been reading online that many graphics cards are not compatible with my motherboard. Does anyone know any graphics cards that will be compatible with this system?
Specs:
Processor - Intel i3 2120
RAM - 4GB
Motherboard - H-CUPERTINO2-H61-uA TX (Cupertino2)
Backing Storage - 1TB HDD (7200 RPM)

Your research was correct. Your thoughtness and the link are much appreciated.
That model, the p6-2000uk is a circa 2011 unit. It can not use the newest GPU cards that are UEFI BIOS based. It need a BIOS based card (called Legacy). Because you have an i-3 processor, and only 4 GB RAM on the motherboard, could you explain your thoughts or needs for a GPU upgrade. No sense tossing a Legacy BIOS card like the EVGA GTX 660, and a Corsair CX600 PSU, if the I-3 chip becomes a bottle-neck. If it's gaming, go here and run the specs. I would use the 660 card, and bump the motherboard to 8GB RAM, ie (two 4GB matching modules that are specified to your unit) as the max choice for the testing procedures. You can play the specs (GPU card, but the 8GB ram on the motherboard is your MAX).
