Product: HP Z2 Small Form Factor G4 Workstation

Hello,

 

I recently bought a HP Z2 Small Form Factor G4 Workstation.

I would like to know where can I buy the add-in cards for:

1. Front Panel USB Type C

2. SD card slot

3. Back panel USB Type C/Thunderbolt

4.Optional WLAN/BT antenna 

5. External/internal shared 3.5" bay caddy

Mind you I will also need the cables that come with those cards if possible.
