HP Pavilion Desktop - 510-p030

Hello HP, I am moving overseas and wonder if my HP Deskop is dual voltage, and if not, can you use an voltage adapter to make it function with 220 V?

Its specs

Looks like its PSU is for 110V only. You probably need 110V / 230V AC converter such as

 

              https://www.jaycar.com.au/500w-240-120v-isolated-stepdown-transformer/p/MF1084
