Product: Envy Phoenix 810
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Any advice on whether there is room to add a Firewire card/port on the 810 running windows 10?

 

Any thoughts on an appropriate model 1394 card to best be compatible?

 

I'm looking to digitize all my old camcorder tapes and my old rig with a firewire port is toast : (

 

Any guidance would be most appreciated! Thanks!

@SteveRaker, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is a card that should work in your motherboard.  StarTech makes very good products.  If you have questions about it, you can use their Chat Live option to contact one of their Techs.  I have contacted them several times with a very good outcome.
