Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone - I recently decided to upgrade my parent's daily driver, as it has gotten a bit slow. I upgraded it from Windows 7 32 bit to Windows 10 64 bit, and I threw in a new CPU, some ram, and I also purchased a cheap graphics card. Although upon installation of the GPU, the HP loading screen appeared and failed to go away, and didn't respond to anything, it also failed to load into BIOS.

This is a working GPU, so I'm sure it's a compatibility issue.

The graphics card is a Nividia NVS 315 low profile.

Thank you for the help!

(The GPU does power on by the way.)

Because that unit was released Sept 2011, it has Legacy BIOS. It can not be upgraded to the newer UEFI BIOS (released Sept 2012) required of the NVS 315 card released Mar 2013. It is a mood issue, no way to make that card work. The last known card to work is the GTX 660. That does require a 550W PSU.
