Your system comes with Vega 8 graphics that is built into the CPU. "AMD Ryzen™ 3 2200G " according to the spec
You have a 310 watt power supply and an x16 slot that can be used to add a video board as long as the board's power consumption fits in the 310 watt budget.
Here is the "baseline" for a gtx-1050 TI

That board is recommended for use with a 250 watt system. You can go higher or lower in the "relative performance" tab and pick something that fits in the 310 watt and also into your $$$ budget
