I just bought the HP Omen 870-243ND and it has 3 HDMI ports. But only the port on the video card works and the 2 HDMI ports on the motherboard dont. Is there a a way i can fix this?

With the presence of a video card, the onboard graphics are disabled. From the support page:
Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
However a note on the video card:
Supports up to three displays at the same time.

You must understand that there are other means to connect monitors than with HDMI. As I said and the support page says,
With the presence of a video card, the onboard graphics are disabled. From the support page:
Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
What that means is - with the presence of the video card the " 2 of them are on the motherboard" are disabled. The video card that is installed can support three separate displays.
HERE IS THE SUPPORT page. Scroll down to the NVidia GeForce GTX 1050 and click on that title. You will then see:
- Rear I/O connectors: Dual Link DVI-D + HDMI + DisplayPort
- Maximum resolution:
- DVI (dual-link) resolution: 2560x1600x24bpp @ 60 Hz
- HDMI resolution: 4096x2160x24 bpp @ 60 Hz
- DisplayPort resolution: 5120x3200x24bpp @ 60 Hz / 7680x4320 @ 60 Hz YUV 420 8 bit
With a DVI to HDMI adapter, you will gain another HDMI port. With a Display Port to HDMI adapter, you will gain another HDMI port. That would be a total of three, which is what you had asked about. If you really need three HDMI ports, then that is the way to do it. You cannot enable the two motherboard HDMI ports with the video card installed, sorry.
