I purchased the HP 20-e019 All-in-One Desktop computers but they are running slow with the 4GB RAM that came with it. I've purchased RAM per specs but can't find the expansion slot....is this PC truly upgradable? Or am i totally missing the slot? Thanks.

Hi,
4GB is the max number on your machine and it only has ONE slot. You can't add any more:
- Single channel memory architecture
- One DDR3 SODIMM (204-pin) socket
- Supports up to PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333)
- Supports 1 GB, 2 GB, and 4 GB DDR3 SODIMMs
- Supports up to 4 GB max
