ENVY PHOENIX 850-965SE
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Dekstop (850-065SE) CPU temperature has been going really high (80+) and cooling fan gave sound really loud in the past and recently.

The CPU high temperature problem happened on and off.  In the past, I just need to reboot the desktop couple times and the high temperature goes away , the cooling fan sound back to normal and the CPU temp goes back to around 27-39 C.

Recently, the problem persist and I have to open the case touch the pipe, fan, knock lightly the part here and there.  Then the problem dissappear for a while.

I suspect the water cooling part is broken and may get worst in the months to come.

My HP Envy PRD# is M0K57AV and SN3 is [Personal Information Removed]

Can some one tell me how to get the replacement part (model, part #, etc.) for the water cooling?

Also, where can I get an HP to service for my desktop locally in Palo Alto area, CA?

Many thanks.
