No, the GTX 750Ti will not be compatible with the motherboard. The GTX 750Ti requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard/Legacy BIOS. The last video cards that didn't require UEFI were the GT 640's.
I have built gaming computers in the past, but HP has built them for less than I can and they work great. I have a HP Phoenix 860-170VR and I play all of the latest COD series on the highest settings. I suggest taking a look at it and others built by HP.

Here is an EVGA GT 640 that has good reviews. Read what the customers have to say about it. Another option is to contact EVGA's Tech Support (1-888-881-3842) to see what they recommend for your system.

If your really set on the GTX750Ti, do not dispair. MSI has you covered offering a dual Legacy and UEFI switchable BIOS.
