Product: Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why is HP techs in India trying to sell malware software when it is not needed. They say my computer is infected and needs immediate attention. I have factory installed McAffee software running. They are cheating customer. I don't know if HP knows this.
