Hi,
No, it can run with the following configurations (1, 2, 3 or 4 slots):
PC3-10600 DDR3-1333 ECC Unbuffered DIMMs CTO
16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 ECC Unbuffered RAM 1-CPU
8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 ECC Unbuffered RAM 1-CPU
8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR3-1333 ECC Unbuffered RAM 1-CPU
4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1333 ECC Unbuffered RAM 1-CPU
3GB (3 x 1GB) DDR3-1333 ECC Unbuffered RAM 1-CPU
2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR3-1333 ECC Unbuffered RAM 1-CPU
1GB (1 x 1GB) DDR3-1333 ECC Unbuffered RAM 1-CPU
Your machine runs Windows 7 34 bit OS, the best option is 4 x 4GB but you can also use 2 x 4GB or 3 x 4GB).
Regards.
