Product: Pavilion All-in-One - 24-a020x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to upgrade the RAM and and drive, and sending it to HP isn't an option because of its gov use - voiding warranty isn't an issue. I just need to know how to open the case. Thanks.
