i do not understand, how people have 5.43 BIOS when latest available official BIOS is 5.37? for HP DX2400MT - IPIBL-LB rev 1.01 systemboard.
also i want to know what is maximum supported TDP CPU? is it 95W or 120W max?

I wouldn't install that BIOS. Might be too risky.
I would imagine folks are installing the BIOS update from one of the HP consumer desktop PC's that use the same or very similar motherboard, such as this model, which has the BIOS 5.43 update.
Here is the list of supported processors...

95W is the maximum supported wattage.
