Hi everyone,

I recently installed a HP Thunderbolt-2 PCIe 1-port I/O Card (F3F43AA) into my HP.   I did all the connections inside and outside the box.  I've installed the Win10 drivers.  Now the problem I'm having is that my OWC Thunderbay 4 is not connecting properly.  (https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/TB2IVKIT0GB/)

How can I troubleshoot the Thunderbolt card?  I believe it's the card that is the issue... not the enclosure.

Any suggstions would be so helpful.

Thank you in advance!
-Richard

I got it all figured out.  Didn't setup the hardware properly.  The HP tech support over the phone was excellent.  We were able to troubleshoot the issue.  The OWC Thunderbay 4 is working perfectly as well.  I'm very pleased with the support I received with HP over this issue! 🙂
