Hp pavilion 23-q010 all in one

Hi all, I need help with my Hp pavilion 23-q010 all in one computer. It can't power on (ac adapter is doing lower beeping continuously when plug into computer.

What I have did was:
1, isolate the hard drive and remove the ram then put same one back in. Still no power come on. CPU fan no run , no see the light on the motherboard.

Any sugguestion would be appreciated. Just bought this one half year.

As the unit is within the warranty period, I would contact HP.    1 (800) 474-6836

It could be either the power supply, or the power board (inside item).

1) Service hours have changed. 

2) You have to wait 45+ sec for an operator

You meaning ac adapter has problem? I forgot to mention you that I already tested ac adapter with multimeter it has 19.+ dc goes out.
