You can easily add a USB bluetooth adapter.

 

I bought this one for my HP desktop PC...

You're very welcome.

 

Windows 10 will install the necessary bluetooth drivers automatically.

 

Or you can download them directly from Broadcom (the Kinovo adapter uses the Broadcom 4.0 Bluetooth radio).

 

3rd file on the list for W10 x64
