So my USB 2.0 keyboard hub has gotten really loose! Its to the point where if the keyboard connector is touched a little, the keyboard will disconnect. I have no other keyboard hubs in my pc, well I tried all of them and the keyboard plug will not fit in them. How do I fix this?

You have said that you jiggle the connector, but it's a new keyboard. Just where on the cable do you jiggle? You said you tried all the USB 2 ports (4 on the back of the unit).
There are 4 ports. I know the mouse is plugged into one. These are marked 1. There are 2 on top of each other. Avoid the 2 LAN ports. Are you saying the keyboard will not plug into any of these four (if you unplugged the mouse) ????
BTW, these are called ports, not hubs. A hub is a multiple port device.

Is the plug a PS/2 connector, which is colored purple in your case? If so, it is not USB 2.0 and you should buy a PS/2 to USB adaptor.

Proper research finds that the rear panel has 4 USB 2.0 ports.
