After Windows 7 64 bit fresh install. Intel 82566DM-2 comes up with exclamation point. General tab has "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". My computer is dc7800p. Installed latest drivers from HP. Then, tried driver form Intel with no success. Couldn't find any firmware updates for PC. Thanks for your assistance.

Look in Device Manager for a yellow exclamation point next to a device. If you find one, then right mouse click on it and uninstall the drivers. Reboot and W7 should reinstall the driver. What version are you using?
If that doesn't work then run the latest Intel Chip Set Utility.
