HP Recommended
Product: Pavilion Magnesium p6754y PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The DVD player suddenly will not read discs. I tried updating the driver and got the message that the most updated driver was already installed.  I also tried turning the computer off and back on again. I saw a link to a microsoft fix in previous posts, but that was for earlier versions of Windows.   Help would be appreciated.
