Product: HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-3003
Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-3003w Intel Core i5-12400   System SKU 318K3AA#ABA

My Pavilion Desktop PC  did not come with an optical drive and I would like to add one. 

Any  recommendations or input on this subject is appreciated.

Its specs

It is an SFF machine therefore the chance to have room for an ODD is very slim to none. There are many USB external ODD around, you can buy one with BlueRay burner too. For example

 or just for CD and DVD

             https://www.msy.com.au/pc-parts/storage-devices/cd-dvd-burners-optical-drive-20
