I am getting an error on startup, CPU fan not detected. The fan is running however it makes more noise than it used to. So I think the fan is runing slower than it should. I beleive the fan is going bad.
Could anyone tell me the part number, price and availability for the cpu fan.

While the part number is for the entire assembly, ie fan and heatsink, you can unscrew the fan, and leave the heatsink attached to your CPU chip.
Of course, you could unscrew the fan from the heatsink, and use a fiber pipe cleaning stick to clean out the fins on that heatsink, and then clean the fan blades. With the fan off, you will also see the label on the fan hub, which was facing down. Its a PWM fan, 4 pin, and easily replaced. Likely it's 80mm, see here how to measure.
