Thank you for the additional information, @jzortiz55.
The PSU should be fine. I am not familiar with the quality of the Dynex brand. All PSU's are not created equal.
The video card that I recommended is about the best that you can do with your motherboard. The newer cards require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS. As I suggest in my original post, you can contact the manufacturer's Tech Support to help you choose a better card. However, I doubt if you will find one.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

@jzortiz55, welcome to the forum.
Here is a video card that should work in your motherboard. The problem that you may have is, the card states that the minimum power supply unit (PSU) is 300W. The PSU in the computer is 300W. Therefore, you can try it, but may have to upgrade it. You should consider contacting EVGA's Tech Support (1-888-881-3842) for help with choosing the best card for your system.

I had replaced my power supply some years ago with this when the original burned out.

is that good enough? If I wanted to upgrade the power supply & graphics card how much of an upgrade can I go with my computer specs?
