I would like to know if there is any way to unlock the advance tab in the hp bios as I am trying to unlock the speed on my newly installed ram

Welcome to our HP community forum!

 

Unfortunately, it is very likely that you can't access something that doesn't exist, so to speak, but it depends on what PC you got.

 

For example, if you got an HP Omen (25L, etc.), there is a lot you can do ("Ryzen Master", "Omen Command Center", "MSI Afterburner", for example).  See time stamp 5:56 here: My Current Modifications! HP Omen 25L! All Mods and Programs I Use! (youtube.com).
