Yes.

There are 16GB memory modules that are guaranteed to be compatible with your motherboard on the Crucial webpage.

The motherboard suports 32GB. There are four slots on the motherboard.

Upgrade memory  You will need to install either two more memory modules that are absolutely identical to the modules already installed or install four identical memory modules.

By identical, I mean, capacity, manufacturer, chips, and all either one-sided or all two sided.

Yes.  You can install another hard disk in your desktop PC.

I recommend that you install a SATA 2.5" SSD and migrate the OS to it. Once that is done you can use the original HDD as a data drive.

Thank you for the reply.  I opened the back of the computer, there are only 2 slots for memory which are already taken by two 8gb modules, and i think, i see the same on crucial.com.  With that, i guess, my only option would be to purchase 2 identical 16gb Memory modules.  I did find Sata connctor for another hard drive.  I am actually, running a Hyper V virtual environment, and current hard drive is running at 100% untilization, and memory would be touching 96%, which makes my virtual machines very slow.  The plan is to migrate all the virtual machines to the new SSD, for higher read and write speeds, and more memory to run them.  Currently, running about 14 virtual machines, plan to go over 20-22.
