@lfk, welcome to the forum.
Your biggest obstacle is the power supply unit (PSU). It is only 180W. Newer video cards usually require a minimum of 400W to operate properly. So, upgrading the video card will require a PSU upgrade, also. I recommend at least 500W. I like Corsair products. You will have to measure the space for the PSU when you make you choice. Other than this your system is far more than necessary to meet the system requirements for the game.
Here is a video card that will meet your needs nicely. The specs show that 300W is required, but most members report that 400W is better. As I stated above, I recommend 500W for peak needs.
