I have windows 10 pro, but i cant find the pci driver, its only apear error 28. thanks

See if this driver works...
This package contains the Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) Driver for supported models running a supported operating system.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp72000.exe
If that driver doesn't install the device, since there can be several devices that start with PCI when a driver isn't installed, please post the hardware ID for the device that needs the driver.

That unit has PCI Express slots. One x16, and three x1.
