Product: HP Mini Pavilion 300-020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What kind of RAM do I need to upgrade to 8GB of RAM in an HP Mini Pavilion? I have tried low voltage 1.35 and regular 1.5v both 4gb sticks of PC3 - 12800 1600MHz DDR3 notebook ram. When I install the RAM I get a constant beeping on bootup, the system never boots up with the new stick alone or combined with the old stick and the new stick installed the old stick (4GB) is all that is recognized.  Is there something else special I need?

The unit requires specific modules, part # 698656-154, 4GB, PC3-12800, CL11, dPC 
Look here, is this the exact same module that works?
