Hi
Has anyone else had CDs falling into their computer when uploading music or other things.
This happened to me last month HP took the computer any took out the two CDs and sent it and the CDs back but it has happened yet again. I have spent hours trying to get on the chat line then a long time chatting with them previously but they dont seem to undersatand simple things like the CD is still inside the computer.
It this a design fault?

It is not a design flaw. The media is supposed to be "clicked/snapped" into the holding tabs, because of the vertical design. Now, it becomes operator intense. How else would a vertical disk stay in-place. You could try to shake it out.
