I have a Hard Drive showing as [Z] with other drives installed. I have no idea as to why this drive [Z] is showing and what source did so. Clicking [Z] drive shows that I am denied access and further that a Code is required. Computer is set for me as Administrator.
Disk is marked as Unknown(Z) 169Mb free of 256MB.
Can you please assist me to determine what purpose this Disk is for. Computer is HP OMEN PC870-206na.
Kind regards.
Robert.

That small partition on the hard drive is likely the boot manager. Do not tamper.

Thank you for response, appreciated. I have taken a note of your advice and certainly will not tamper any further. I have been involved with computers for years now, never have I seen this before, however each day you learn something new. Weeman.
