Warranty repair of desktop computer

Hi...starting to nav the site looking for warranty repairs or service (cmos batt fell from z420 board, connectors damaged)..I have seen the 800 # several times along with the assurance that it is 24/7.   It is not!!....anyone seing this ...some good direction be much appreciated....these websites, (not just HP) are a full time job....

Sorry, but HP recently ended their 24/7 telephone support and you are correct, it is not provided anymore.

In addition,  this is just a community self-help forum staffed by volunteers. HP maintains no official presence here and we are not authorized to deal with warranty or equipment replacement issues.  For these issues, you will need to contact HP Customer Support directly.

So, you will STILL have to contact HP Customer Support and since they are generally not available on weekends, you may need to wait until Monday to contact them.

HAHAHA ....thanks fo0r the reply...sorry you did not solve my problem,..as a matter of fact I think they have only just begun....being in my 50's ...this world of t6ext and website's is extremely challenging....
