Product: h8-1417c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to add a third hard drive/ssd drive into an HP Envy h8-1417c desktop. The drive bay currently in the case (p/n 644053-001) only holds two drives. Is there a 3 drive bay for this case? The hd power connector does have three connections which makes be believe this was an option. I am trying to avoid using one of the optical bays.

According to the manual,  Pg 4, item 13,  shows 3 positions.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
