Hi.

I have an SSD SATA disk on the computer and it's working fine.

I Installed in the computer an Kingston PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 with 2 TB.

But when I start the windows I can't see this new disk?

Can anyone help me?

Did you initialize the new drive?

 

Initialize new disks | Microsoft Learn

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.

The new disk isn't listed in disk management.

Unfortunately, I don't know what the problem could be.

 

There should be no problem with a NVMe SSD working in that model PC.

It was a bios problem/confitguration. I changed to many thinks and done to many experienses that I don't know what change fix the problem.
